A Global Insurance company is seeking a Account Administrator. Duties for the position include: Collecting and organizing information from clients and passing it along to Underwriters, getting site information from clients either via email or via the phone, utilizing Excel spreadsheets to maintain data, must work within a bunch of systems, get a submission on a new client from a Broker and candidate would research it in the system, enter in data, bind the policy and issue/code the policy (lots of small detailed numbers), invoice the policy, make sure that the documents are issued for state and country requirements, handle endorsements, cancel or non re-new policy notices, and all other duties as needed.

They are seeking someone with at least three years of Administrative experience where the job had lots of project based deliverables.
