TRIBAL SERVICES MANAGER

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, plan, organize, control and direct the operations and activities of Tribal Administration, Committees and Programs; coordinate and direct communications to meet tribal needs and assure smooth and efficient operations; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Provide administrative services to tribal committees. Collect and provide technical data involving budgetary and/or operational processes and/or perform contract monitoring; recommend policies, procedures, systems and methods.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field plus five years of working experience in an administrative, management, or staff capacity, which includes responsibility for organizational analysis, development of administrative systems, projects, procedures, and/or budgetary development and/or contract monitoring.
