Eklutna Native Village
The Receptionist will work under the direct supervision of the Tribal Administrator or his designee. The Receptionist is responsible for providing primary telephone coverage on a multiline system, responding to initial inquiries, providing a support and maintaining systems to assure smooth administrative functions across the administrative office. The Receptionist will portray professional behavior for the purpose of working with the general public, in-house programs, outside agencies, and other Native organizations. - High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of experience as a receptionist or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the socio-cultural needs of the Alaska Native and American Indian community.
- Continued employment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory report from a state and federal background check.
Place of employment to be located at 26339 Eklutna Village Road, Chugiak, Alaska 99567. Work hours 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Periodically, other hours are necessary to accommodate meetings or special events.
